Note: Photographers and therapists from other areas are welcome to contact us (925)676-2399 to expand our coverage of these services.

Please contact Video Introductions if you become unavailable for dating in order to preserve your remaining membership for a later time (exception: marriage will terminate a membership). Also please respond to members after being selected within a reasonable period of time or your membership will be placed on inactive status until you provide a positive or negative response to members who select you. If you do not respond with either a positive or negative response to members who select you, it will not be counted as one of their selections.
Membership use of less than full term of membership period, or use of less than the full number of selections or other services or features available on a membership plan, does not constitute reason not to pay the full amount of membership agreement unless relevant contract provisions apply. Payment obligations do not cease just because a member has met someone, becomes unavailable, marries, or because other members do not show an interest in member, or member does not want to continue membership for a reason not specified in the membership agreement.
